Miria is a PhD candidate in Cognitive Psychology at the University of Cyprus and does research on time perception, under the supervision of Professor Marios Avraamides. She has an MA degree in Social and Developmental Psychology and a BA in Sociology with a minor in Psychology, both from the University of Cyprus. In addition to research, she was a teaching assistant for the course Quantitative Research Methods in the Social Sciences, in the Department of Social and Political Sciences. She was also a Special Scientist in the Department of Psychology and she was teaching an undergraduate course on Cognitive Psychology.
