Maria Loizidou is currently completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology, at the University of Cyprus and serves as a Special Scientist at the Center for Applied Neuroscience. Maria has received a MSc. In Clinical Neuroscience from University College London (UCL) and a BSc. Hons in Psychology, from the University of Surrey. Her research interests mainly focus on the psychosocial consequences of neurodegenerative disorders for patients and families, as well as intervention and rehabilitation procedures.
