“Psychological impact of protective measures towards COVID-19” Research of the Center for Applied Neuroscience of the University of Cyprus

The world is called upon to adapt to a new reality and to adhere to the new rules for better treatment of the new coronavirus (COVID-19). Due to the prevailing situation, the present study takes place in order to assess the impact of the measures on mental health and quality of life.

This research is being carried out by the Center for Applied Neuroscience and the Department of Psychology at the University of Cyprus.

The main purpose of the study is to collect anonymous data on the effects of the protective measures against coronavirus on mental health and quality of life. The data will help us characterize the range of psychological effects and provide guidance for developing systems to manage them.

You are asked to answer anonymously a total of 33 questions about the personal protective measures and behaviors you have been committed to over the past 2 weeks, as well as various problems that you may have encountered that impact your mental health and quality of life. The questionnaire completion time will not exceed 8-10 minutes.

Your participation is voluntary and all of your data will be anonymous. If at any time you feel uncomfortable and want to discontinue participation you can close the window and will automatically exit the survey. None of your data will be stored in the system if you terminate the process without completing it.
