In response to the Cypriot government and UCY regulations, CAN has implemented physical distancing and remote work to the greatest extend possible to protect our researchers and study participants. The pandemic has created additional vulnerabilities to the clinical groups which are at the center of many research projects at CAN. We acknowledge that those with chronic problems resulting from neurodevelopmental, psychological, neurological and neurodegenerative conditions are now facing additional health, financial and social ramifications due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  At CAN, we are sensitive to these challenges and closely monitoring developments that can impact our work with our vulnerable study participants.
